Dress her up in a sterilized outfit and take her temperature. Use a stethoscope to make sure her heart beats are all right and measure up her belly. You should also take her blood pressure which is very important and pregnancy and then take a sonogram and check on the baby as well. Measure the little one and hear the heart beats.
